Our main agenda is to promote, inform and interpret. This therefore wants us to explain in details our story, well researched and balanced which can be verified.

Devrep while reporting should be able to maintain their dignity by being a role model all the time. Never take money in exchange of the story, be high alert on our security mattes by avoiding issues that can rub shoulders with the leaders, members or the authority thus maintaining your reputation at par.

Devrep must or should air those stories neglected by others but if given airtime can bring development. They encourage covering the nobody for somebody to understand what to they undergo hence becoming the watchdog as well as balancing the equation.

That people can make a leader serve them the way they want. Power is in the people; the grassroot people. These are the majority who actually vote. If they vote the right people (leaders) then the leder will follow them. Many activitiess take place at the grassroot and at the grassroot is where leaders are made. If leaders are made at the grassroot, then the grassroot should benefit the most. The grassroot should decide how their leaders lead them. However, this can be achieved if people shun voter bribery and voter along leadership skills, character, purpose and believe.

Therefore, a good leadership should be determined by the people either through a transparent and fair election or consensus accepted by all.

Through this the people will freely enjoy equal distribution of resources to receive regional balance, leaders also lead through giving an ear to the oppressed by legislating laws which brings justice to them.

Also, this kind of leadership ensures that health of the citizens is guaranteed, employment opportunities are created for the youths and ensures that a leader is accountable for any coin dispensed to help provide development to the people by ensuring that all corrupt leaders are forced to resigned and charged in court if found guilty and some times banned from either contesting any elective seat or holding a public office.
